Instructional Approach

I use a developmental lens when creating instruction. Depending on the learner's age and educational needs, I strive to meet them where they are and where they need to go.


Transitions are especially interesting to me, and I always look for ways to help a learner change at a foundational level.


I also strongly believe that it is important for students to struggle. Change is rarely comfortable. I encourage my learners to lean in when things feel hard.
